市场各单位、各经营户、采购客商：
春节将至，经研究，现将春节前后市场开关门时间及有关事项通知如下：
一、休市时间
1.义乌国际商贸城一、二、三、四、五区、义乌国际生产资料市场，定于2018年2月11日（农历十二月二十六）下午关门休市；
2.进口商品城、篁园服装市场、数码城，定于2018年2月13日（农历十二月二十八）下午关门休市。
二、开市时间
1.义乌国际商贸城一、二、三、四、五区、义乌国际生产资料市场、篁园服装市场，定于2018年2月27日（农历正月十二）上午8时开市。
2.进口商品城、数码城定于2018年2月23日（农历正月初八）上午8时开市。
三、有关事项
1. 为确保市场消防安全，决定在春节期间进行市场消防水喷淋及水幕系统的全面放水测试。希广大经营户将各自摊店内的货物及证照全部带走，否则，由此造成的损失由本人承担。
2.停放在市场区域内（含车道、地下室、屋顶、地面停车场等）的电瓶车、摩托车、轿车、货车等车辆全部驶离市场，否则，由此造成的损失由本人承担。 3.市场内各单位请做好春节放假期间防火、防盗等安全保卫的值班工作。
4.请各经营户做好自己摊店内的清洁卫生工作。
5.要求广大经营户及宾王市场楼层住户遵守市政府“三禁”规定，过一个文明、节俭、祥和的春节。

As Chinese Spring Festival is approaching, the notice on the Open & Close Schedule of the markets and relevant matters during the 2018 Chinese Spring Festival is as follows:
1. Close Time
(1) District 1-5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart and Yiwu International Production Materials Market are scheduled to be closed in the afternoon of February 11th, 2018.
(2) Imported Commodities Mall, Huangyuan Garment Market and Yiwu Digital Market are scheduled to be closed in the afternoon of February 13th, 2018.
2. Open Time
(1) District 1-5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart, Yiwu International Production Materials Market and Huangyuan Garment Market are scheduled to be open at 8 a.m., February 27th, 2018.
(2) Imported Commodities Mall and Yiwu Digital Market are scheduled to be open at 8 a.m., February 23rd, 2018.
3. Relevant Matters
(1) To ensure the fire safety in the market, all the vendors are requested to cut off the main power source in the booths. Meanwhile, the market sprinkler system will be tested, thus all the goods and documents shall be taken away in avoidance of any losses.
(3) All the units in the market should fulfill their duty of fire prevention, burglary prevention and other security work.
(4) All the vendors are responsible for the sanitation and hygiene management of their own booths.
(5) All the vendors and residents of the Binwang Market residence shall obey the “three prohibitions” issued by the municipal government and celebrate a civilized, frugal and peaceful Chinese Spring Festival.

Spring Festival is approaching, the study, now the market before and after the Spring Festival switch the door time and related matters as follows:
